Discord Agent — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the Discord bot and related services operated by Chang Zeng (collectively, the “Agent”). By installing, accessing, or using the Agent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Agent.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be permitted to use Discord under the laws that apply to you and must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements. If you use the Agent for a server or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The service
The Agent provides automated features through Discord, including responding to supported commands and requests. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The Agent is provided as a small, independently operated service and may occasionally be unavailable or produce incomplete or inaccurate results.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Agent to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- violate the Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other applicable Discord policies;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person;
- distribute malware, spam, scams, or deceptive content;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls for the Agent;
- collect personal data without authorization; or
- generate or share content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to use.
Server administrators are responsible for configuring the Agent appropriately for their communities. You remain responsible for content you submit and for how you use the Agent’s output.
4. User content
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant the operator a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Agent, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information.
5. Third-party services
The Agent depends on Discord and may depend on hosting, database, monitoring, or artificial-intelligence service providers. Those services have their own terms and policies. The Agent is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc., and the operator is not responsible for third-party services outside the operator’s control.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Agent at any time. A server administrator may remove it from a server through Discord. Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, address misuse, or enforce these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Agent is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Agent output is automated and may be incorrect. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the Agent. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice. Continued use of the Agent after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
